Registration & payment

Full payment is due at the time of registration unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Your seat is confirmed once payment has been processed through our registration platform.

Cancellations by you

• More than 72 hours before class: full refund, or a free transfer to another session — your choice
• Within 72 hours of class: no cash refund, but a one-time credit toward a future session within 90 days
• No-shows without notice: no refund and no credit

Rescheduling

You may reschedule to a different session once at no additional charge, subject to seat availability and the notice windows above. Contact us as early as possible to maximize your options.

Cancellations by EMSACADEMI.COM

If we cancel a session — due to low enrollment, instructor illness, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control — you will receive, at your choice, a full refund or a free transfer to the next available session. This guarantee applies regardless of how much notice we're able to give.

Failed skills or written exam

If you don't pass a required skills check or written exam during class, no refund is issued, since the class itself has been delivered in full. See our FAQ for what happens next in that situation.

Group & agency bookings

Group and on-site agency training bookings require 14 days' notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty, due to instructor travel and scheduling commitments made on your behalf. A 20% deposit is collected at booking and becomes non-refundable once an instructor has been scheduled for your session, regardless of later cancellation.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our registration platform, typically within 5-10 business days.
